By accessing and using NoGhost, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our service.

NoGhost is a SaaS platform that helps sales professionals ("closers") increase their appointment show rates through automated messaging sequences via WhatsApp and Email.

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activity on your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree to: • Use the service in compliance with applicable laws • Not send spam or unsolicited messages • Obtain consent from your prospects before sending them messages • Not use the service for illegal or fraudulent purposes • Respect the anti-spam policies of WhatsApp and email providers

NoGhost uses a third-party, unofficial protocol for sending messages via WhatsApp. This protocol is not developed, approved, or supported by WhatsApp Inc. or Meta Platforms Inc. By using the WhatsApp feature of NoGhost, you acknowledge and accept that: • The use of this protocol may result in the suspension, restriction, or permanent ban of your WhatsApp account by WhatsApp Inc. • NoGhost cannot be held responsible for the loss of access to your WhatsApp account, loss of messages, contacts, or any other data associated with your WhatsApp account • You use this feature at your own risk and under your sole responsibility • NoGhost recommends using a dedicated phone number for automated messaging • It is your responsibility to comply with the WhatsApp Terms of Service (https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/terms-of-service) NoGhost disclaims all liability for any direct or indirect damage related to the use of the unofficial WhatsApp protocol, including but not limited to: account loss, data loss, service interruption, or any commercial damage.

NoGhost uses Google APIs for calendar synchronization and email sending. By connecting your Google account, you authorize NoGhost to access your Google data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your use of NoGhost is also subject to the Google API Services Terms of Service (https://developers.google.com/terms) and Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

NoGhost and all its content, features, and design are the exclusive property of NoGhost. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Prices are displayed on our website. We reserve the right to change our prices with 30 days' notice. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease immediately.

NoGhost is provided "as is." We do not guarantee a specific show rate. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication. Your continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
